My transactional emails are quietly slipping into spam folders and, as a result, open rates are suffering. I need a deliverability specialist who can diagnose the root causes and implement concrete fixes that move these messages back into the primary inbox.
You’ll start with a full audit of my current sending setup—DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation, content structure, and list hygiene. From there, you’ll outline exactly what needs to change, then put those changes in place (or guide my developer if direct access isn’t possible). I’m particularly interested in practical best-practice adjustments that deliver measurable improvements rather than broad theory.
Acceptance criteria
• Transactional messages consistently land in the inbox across major providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).
• Open rate lifts noticeably once placement improves (I’ll share baseline numbers on kickoff).
• All authentication records pass with no warnings, and spam-testing tools show a healthy score.
If you have a track record of rescuing brands from spam folders, I’m ready to get started.
