Loocking for a javascript canvas or webgl developer.

looking for a JavaScript canvas ( may be wbgl also ) expert . if you have ever used photoshop , then there is a warping tool to warp picture with the Mouse . i want a js code where i will give a picture in PNG or jpg format , and will give some warping vertices .. then it will convert to canvas image.. My budget is 600 INR. If YOU can't do in this budget, then don’t waste your bid and time.
