Salary: R29 000 - R32 000 per month
Remote Recruitment is hiring a Training Coordinator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You will run the training calendar end to end: booking sessions, managing the LMS, chasing completions and reporting who is compliant and who is not. It suits someone organised who likes people and spreadsheets equally.
You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.
Key responsibilities
Schedule training sessions and manage trainer and room bookings
Administer the learning management system and enrol learners
Chase outstanding and expiring training completions
Maintain accurate training records and certificates
Produce completion and compliance reports for managers
Gather feedback and help improve course content
What you'll need
Two or more years in training, L&D or HR coordination
Experience administering an LMS such as Moodle, Docebo or TalentLMS
Strong organisation across multiple concurrent sessions
Clear written English for learner and manager communication
Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
Nice to have
Exposure to mandatory or regulatory compliance training
Experience with e-learning content tools
Familiarity with apprenticeship or funded training administration
What's on offer
A permanent, fully remote role with a clear annual calendar, a supportive L&D lead and visible impact on how well people are trained. Strong coordinators progress into L&D specialist roles.
Remote Recruitment connects South African talent with UK employers. We reply to every application.
