Traditional Side Yard 3D Landscape Design

I’m ready to give new life to my side yard and need a talented 3D landscape designer to translate my traditional taste into a detailed virtual plan. The goal is a timeless, welcoming space that feels cohesive with the rest of my home while adding two key features: a serene water element and thoughtfully arranged garden beds brimming with seasonal color.

Scope
• Focus exclusively on the side yard; no work is needed for the front or back.
• Overall aesthetic must stay firmly in the “Traditional” lane—think classic lines, balanced symmetry, and natural textures.
• Incorporate a water feature that suits the scale of the space (pond, fountain, or rill—open to suggestions) and a series of garden beds that can showcase perennials and small shrubs without overwhelming foot traffic.
• Hard-scape layout, grading and planting plans should all be reflected in the model so I can hand the final package to a contractor with minimal tweaks.

Deliverables
1. Scaled 2D site plan (PDF + DWG) showing hard-scape, planting zones, and utilities.
2. Minimum three high-resolution 3D renders from key viewpoints.
3. Optional but appreciated: a brief walkthrough animation or panorama for VR/mobile viewing.
4. Plant list and materials palette referenced by common and botanical names.

File formats compatible with SketchUp, Lumion, or Twinmotion will make collaboration easier, but I’m open if you have another preferred pipeline.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once the 3D visuals match the agreed traditional style, the water feature and garden beds are properly integrated with realistic proportions, and the documentation is clear enough for installation.
