Minor edits to small grayscale event flyer in Illustrator

Make small edits to a flyer which was designed by another Freelancer who is now unavailable.
Attached is a bitmap, but when job accepted I will send you the Illustrator file, which seems well organised enough to make these changes easy to isolate.
The new flyer should look almost exactly like the previous one and avoid anything like AI or other things that redo large sections.
Do only these small specific things, without changing anything else in any way:
1) Put a small "is", in punk style lettering, in the spot where the 5-bladed leaf is, in the upper right corner. The leaf should be removed. Do not change any of the other lettering. So it reads in punk lettering, “Park is not dead”
2) Remove the circled-A icon below the word "not". Replace it with a small leaf.
3) In the left photo, only snip out every raised fist except the fist of the guy in the foreground. I would like this to be done simply with a 2020-style snipping tool such as Photoshop, not to re-generate the photo with AI or other methods. The photo and its borders should not change in any other way
4) Make the bright-white area of the QR code a smooth very light gray, to match the lightest other areas of the flyer. Only a smooth fill please; no texture
5) On the A4 page, which has the flyer copied twice to make the two A5 flyers, please make the "gutter" between the two flyers entirely black. I attach what I mean with a circle pointing to the gutter, which should be filled in black-- not just the circle, the entire gutter.
All in black, white, and shades of gray, for grayscale printing on ordinary paper. No fine textures.
Design suitable duplicated as 2 columns on A4 paper, so the A4 paper can be cut in half to produce two A5 flyers. So the design needs a wide enough gutter between the duplicated columns to allow a clean cut and an even bleed zone around the entire A5 paper.
Deliverables to be sent:
• Art duplicated as 2 columns on A4 paper as described above
• .AI file with new work in their own layers. (CS6+ compatible)
• High-resolution grayscale PDF ready for print
• All fonts converted to outlines or packaged
