Traditional Ranch Home Design

I need architectural design services for a small traditional ranch-style house with a drive-under basement, approximately 1363 sq ft. This is a re-build over the slab of a previous home.

Requirements:
- Gable roof with a 5/12 pitch
- Construction drawings including elevations, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Detailed interior layout incorporating electrical and plumbing fixtures

Exterior materials should be Hardi.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with traditional architectural designs
- Proficiency in creating detailed construction drawings
- Knowledge of MEP systems and integration into designs
- Familiarity with Hardi materials and their application in construction
