I’m ready to re-imagine both my kitchen and main bathroom with a cohesive, timeless, traditional look. In the kitchen, the plan must comfortably support daily cooking and baking, flow well when I’m entertaining friends, and still feel welcoming for quick, casual meals. An island with comfortable seating is non-negotiable—it will anchor the room and double as prep space and a social hub.

For the bathroom, think classic elegance that pairs naturally with the kitchen’s style: efficient storage, a calm color palette, and fixtures that feel refined without being ornate.

What I need from you
• Optimized floor plans that respect existing plumbing walls yet improve circulation
• Detailed cabinetry and millwork elevations, highlighting the island design and any built-ins in the bath
• Lighting, finish, and fixture selections that reinforce a warm traditional aesthetic
• Realistic 3D visuals or renders so I can sign off on the look before construction

I’ll provide current measurements, inspiration images, and contractor constraints as soon as we start. Final files should arrive in a format my builder and cabinet shop can use (PDF drawings and editable CAD or SketchUp files preferred).
