Traditional Interior Draft & Renders

I have a small residential makeover underway and need an extra set of hands to move it from concept to construction. The scope is limited to the living room and one bedroom, both following a warm, traditional aesthetic I’ve already outlined in mood boards and rough sketches.

What I still require are:
• Fully dimensioned working drawings ready for contractors—plans, elevations, a reflected ceiling/lighting plan, and any joinery or millwork details those two rooms demand.
• A handful of polished, photorealistic renders (two-three per room is plenty) that communicate finishes, lighting, and overall ambience.

I’ll supply the existing measured drawings, style references, and my initial layouts. You take it from there, producing clean CAD files (AutoCAD or equivalent) and high-quality renders in the software you’re most comfortable with—as long as the final images are print-ready.

Accuracy is key, but speed matters too; I’m aiming to lock documents for the contractor within a week of kickoff and have the visuals shortly after. If you’re comfortable working in traditional styles and can turn around precise drawings plus convincing renders on a tight timeline, let’s get started.
