clothing store spread over a basement, ground, first and second floor. The footprint isn’t especially wide, so the layout has to make clever use of every square metre while still feeling high-end and luxurious.
Here’s the vision:
• Each level should have a clear identity—think men in the basement, women on the ground and first, kids on the second—yet share one cohesive luxury aesthetic.
• Warm, inviting lighting must flatter both the merchandise and customers, with accent spots where hero pieces will live.
• Ample display space is critical; sleek rails, modular shelving and feature tables should all feel custom-built rather than crammed in.
• Flow matters: shoppers must move naturally from entrance to fitting rooms without bottlenecks, even in a narrow footprint.
What I need from you:
• Concept mood board capturing colour palette, materials and lighting mood.
• Scaled floor plans for each level that show circulation, fixtures, fitting rooms and storage.
• High-quality 3D visualisations or renders to preview the finished space.
• A concise material and lighting specification I can hand straight to contractors.
Files can be delivered in AutoCAD/REVIT for plans and SketchUp/3ds Max or similar for renders—whatever you’re most comfortable with, as long as they’re ready for build-out. I’ll be available for quick feedback to keep revisions minimal and momentum high. If this sounds like your kind of project, let’s create a boutique that feels exclusive from the moment customers step inside.
