I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented U.S.-based freelancer to assist with assembling curated trading card binders and fulfilling customer orders for a growing online collectibles business.
This will begin as a **paid 10-binder trial project**, with the opportunity for consistent ongoing work if the trial goes well.
What You'll Do
* Receive trading card inventory and supplies shipped to you
* Assemble curated card binders according to a provided guide
* Follow specific card selection, placement, and presentation instructions
* Keep inventory organized and securely stored
* Package completed binders for shipment
* Print provided shipping labels and ship sold orders promptly
* Communicate inventory needs and completed work
What I'm Looking For
* Located in the United States
* Very detail-oriented and organized
* Reliable and able to follow written/visual instructions
* Comfortable being responsible for physical inventory
* Able to securely store a small amount of inventory and supplies
* Convenient access to USPS and/or other major shipping carriers
* Good communication and reasonable turnaround times
Knowledge of Pokémon or trading cards is **helpful but not required**. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently follow the provided assembly guide are more important.
Initial Trial
The first assignment will consist of **10 binders**. All necessary trading card inventory and binder supplies will be provided.
Successful completion of the trial may lead to ongoing monthly work, with the opportunity for additional performance-based compensation as production grows.
