Trading Bot for TopstepX

I’m looking for a developer to build an automated trading bot for TopstepX based on my own trading strategy called TRE. The strategy uses SPY 15-minute candles to identify setups and then executes trades on ES/MES through TopstepX. I already have the strategy rules defined and I also have a prototype that was built with Claude that I can provide. I mainly need someone who knows automated trading and can turn it into a reliable bot that can actually be used for live execution. The bot needs to: * Follow my TRE rules exactly without changing the strategy. * Use the 15-minute SPY chart and 9/21 EMA confirmation. * Recognize both long and short setups. * Use my predefined support/resistance levels. * Execute trades through TopstepX. * Handle stops, targets, and my SPY-based exit rules. * Prevent duplicate trades. * Properly track every entry, stop, and target order. * Recover correctly if the bot disconnects or restarts while a trade is open. * Handle rejected orders, cancelled orders, partial fills, API issues, etc. * Have basic safety controls such as max daily loss, max trades, position limits, and an emergency flatten option. * Keep detailed logs so I can see exactly why a trade was or wasn’t taken. * Have a proper testing/simulation mode before anything is used with real money. I want the code to be clean and documented, and I want the full source code when the project is completed. I’m looking for someone with actual experience building trading bots and working with futures/API execution, preferably TopstepX or similar platforms. I can provide the full TRE rules and my existing Claude prototype to use as a starting point. Please tell me about your experience with automated trading, what technology you would use, how you would approach the project, your estimated timeframe, and your price.
