Toyota Hilux Key Holder 3D Design

Title: 3D-printable wall key holder – Toyota Hilux rear end (multi-part, commercial use)

I run a 3D printing shop and sell wall-mounted key holders shaped like the rear end of cars (see attached photos of our current Porsche model for style and quality reference). I need a designer to create a new model in the same style, based on a 2023 Toyota Hilux pickup. The design must be original and modeled from scratch. Reference photos of the truck will be provided.

DESIGN
- Detailed rear end: tailgate, taillights, rear bumper with step, tow hitch/receiver, license plate area, and rear wheels visible at the sides
- Optional roll bar / sport bar as a separate press-fit part, so it can be sold with or without it
- 5 key hooks at the bottom, under the bumper: press-fit (no glue), removable and replaceable
- 2 hidden keyhole slots on the back for wall mounting
- Removable, blank slide-in license plate for customization
- Taillights as separate parts, to print in transparent filament
- Wheels (tires and rims) as separate color parts
- No brand logos or lettering

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Size: approx. 20 cm wide, height proportional to the truck
- Optimized for standard FDM printing (we use several Creality printers)
- Every part must fit on a 220 x 220 mm print bed
- PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, around 0.16 mm layers, minimal supports
- Press-fit tolerances optimized for standard FDM, plus a small tolerance test piece
- Hooks designed to be printed in an orientation strong enough to hold keys
- Optimized for repeat commercial printing: reliable prints and fast, easy assembly

DELIVERABLES
- STL files for each part, oriented for printing
- 3MF project file with parts organized into print plates by color
- Source files (Fusion 360 .f3d / STEP or equivalent)
- Assembly guide (step-by-step images)
- Full commercial usage rights

PAYMENT
- Fixed price for the full scope described above. Please bid your real final price; no extra charges for anything listed here will be accepted after the project is awarded.
- Payment in milestones: first milestone after preview renders are approved, final milestone after delivery of all files and a successful test print.
- Includes 1 rounds of revisions.
