Your day-to-day work will revolve around visiting housing-site contractors, foremen and project managers, demonstrating product samples, and securing purchase orders.

Because we are focusing specifically on residential projects, your pitch should resonate with home-builder priorities such as quick application, clean finishes and long-term reliability. I will supply product literature, pricing and small demo packs; you will bring the persuasion, local network and follow-through. Weekly progress updates and verifiable order receipts will serve as our main performance yardsticks, and I’m open to structuring commissions on each confirmed sale.
