Tiered Windows Auto-Installer Development

I need a Windows-based desktop application that lets end-users pick software and games from our server, then downloads and installs them automatically. The system is structured around four permission levels:

• Admin – unlimited access. From the dashboard I must be able to generate distributor logins (valid anywhere from one month up to five years), monitor overall usage statistics in real time, and push or remove titles on the server so the catalogue stays current.

• Distributor – creates agent logins within the same 1-month-to-5-year range, views each agent’s activity, and can open a ticket or “request support” directly through the interface.

• Agent – generates single-use keys for individual users, checks how those users behaved (what they downloaded/when), and can shorten or extend the agent’s own remaining licence time if necessary.

• User – enters a one-time key, browses the catalogue, selects items, and lets the program handle everything else without having to visit individual publisher sites.

Key workflow requirements
1. Secure local client running on Windows 10/11.
2. Central server (SQL or similar) that stores credentials, expiry dates, usage logs, and the application/game installers.
3. Automatic background updates so every tier always sees the latest list.
4. Clean, intuitive dashboards reflecting the checkbox features above.
5. Robust logging to make “monitor software usage” and “view activities” meaningful.

Deliverables
– Compiled Windows installer and full source code.
– Script or instructions to spin up and seed the server repository.
– Admin, distributor and agent manuals (quick start plus feature reference).
– One round of post-deployment fixes to ensure key generation and expiry logic works as intended.
