Ticketmaster API Dashboard Integration

I’m enhancing my existing internal dashboard and want real-time Ticketmaster data wired straight in. The main focus is ticket availability and pricing: I need to pull restocks, prices, status, quantity, and price changes for selected events and have the system flag me the moment tickets are restocked or newly released.
Here is what I’m after:
• Ticketmaster API, the Freelancer needs to have access to it and to provide it. We can discuss fees.
• A clean API connection using Ticketmaster’s Discovery (or relevant) endpoints, authenticated and rate-limit aware.
• Server-side code that polls or websockets (your call) to detect changes in availability, pricing, or sales status.
• A lightweight handler that pushes an in-app notification (and optionally email/Slack webhook) whenever an event flips from “no tickets” to “tickets available,” or when a price/quantity threshold I set is met.
• Data returned in JSON so my existing dashboard can drop it straight into our tables and charts.
You’re free to choose language and framework—JavaScript/Node, Python, or PHP all fit with my stack—as long as the code is tidy, documented, and easy for me to extend later.
Deliverables will be:
1. Fully functional integration code with clear install instructions.
2. One configurable notification rule (I’ll replicate more myself).
3. A quick walkthrough or recorded demo proving the alerts fire correctly.
If you’ve handled Ticketmaster or similar event APIs before, this should be straightforward.
