Rewards App & Admin Panel

I need a complete Android rewards application, built in a way that lets users earn and spend points strictly by completing tasks or watching in-app content. The focus is on a clean, intuitive user flow: users launch the app, finish a task or video, see their point balance grow, then redeem those points for the perks I configure.

Alongside the mobile build, I require a secure web admin panel. From that dashboard I must be able to monitor all app activity logs and individual user actions in real time, adjust point rules if needed, and view detailed analytics without touching the codebase. A single login with role-based access is enough; simplicity and security matter more than flashy UI.

Google Play compliance is non-negotiable. You will provide a pool of 20 independent testers, run the full 14-day closed-testing cycle inside my Play Console, resolve any policy flags, and keep iterating until Google issues formal approval and the app goes live.

Payment will be held in one milestone and released only after the listing is publicly available on Google Play. No advances.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Production-ready APK for direct installs
• Signed AAB for Google Play upload
• Complete, unencrypted source code for both app and admin panel
• Deployed admin panel URL with super-admin credentials
• All Play Console artefacts and screenshots used during submission
• Confirmation of successful 14-day closed test and final Google approval
