Three Construction Planning Gantt Charts

I’m organising the planning phase of a construction project and need three separate Gantt charts built in Microsoft Project. Each chart should break the plan into clear, easy-to-follow sub-activities, showing realistic durations, dependencies, and an accurate critical path. The purpose of having three schedules is to compare different planning scenarios, so the task sequences or resource allocations shouldn’t be identical across the files.
Please create the schedules directly in MS Project (2016 or later), then export each one to PDF for quick viewing.
Acceptance criteria:
• Coherent WBS that covers early-stage construction tasks (think preliminary design, site set-up, permit tracking, early procurement, etc.) but keeps the detail light enough to fit on a single slide.
• Predecessor links in place with the critical path automatically highlighted.
• Three distinct planning approaches (for example: baseline, fast-track, and resource-constrained) while keeping the overall timeframe within roughly six months.
• Deliverables: three .mpp files plus three matching PDFs that open error-free in MS Project 2019.
Once the six files arrive and meet the above points, the project is complete.
