Thai Residential Three-Phase Electrical Plan

Must be a qualified Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years experience.

I’m building a single house in Thailand, roughly between 400 sqm, and I want a clear, construction-ready three-phase electrical plan that aligns with local PEA requirements and the Thai Electrical Code (TIS). The load will be standard household appliances—nothing unusually heavy—but I still expect balanced phase distribution, proper demand calculations, and protection coordination.

Here’s what I must receive:
• Single-line diagram with complete load schedule and phase balancing
• Detailed wiring layout in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF, showing conduit runs, breaker sizes, earthing, and main board location
• Calculation sheet covering demand factor, voltage drop, and fault current
• Panel board schedule ready for the electrician and PEA submission

I’ll supply floor plans in DWG/PDF plus appliance lists as soon as we agree along with a detail electrical brief including circuit plan, electrical loads from proposed appliances, and ethernet plans. Drawings should be neat, in English,
