Creative Portfolio Website Build

I want to launch a personal portfolio that feels fresh and creative while staying fast and accessible. The site will have three core sections—About Me, Projects, and Contact—laid out with modern HTML5 markup and styled through CSS3 Flexbox/Grid. A cool-tone palette (blues, greens, purples) should guide the look, with plenty of white space to keep everything light.

Smooth, native-feeling scroll behaviour is the only animation I need; beyond that I prefer minimal JavaScript so performance scores high on Google Lighthouse. Please keep the markup semantic, add ARIA where required, compress images, and set up lazy loading so the site stays quick on mobile.

The contact form must work end-to-end: server-side validation, spam protection (reCAPTCHA or a lightweight alternative), and a clear success/fail message. Once complete, secure the domain with SSL, point DNS, and deploy the finished build to my hosting account. I’m comfortable sharing FTP or cPanel access as needed.

Acceptance criteria:
• Responsive display from 320 px up, tested in the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
• Lighthouse scores of 90+ in Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO
• Working, spam-protected contact form that sends to my email
• Source files organised, with clear naming and comments, delivered via private Git repo or a ZIP archive
