Textbook Typing With Tables

I need the contents of a printed textbook transcribed into a clean, editable Microsoft Word document. Accuracy is vital: every word, heading, and page break must mirror the original, and the tables and charts scattered throughout the chapters have to be recreated—not pasted as images—using Word’s table tools.

For those tables I want the same colour-coding that appears in the book to carry over, so cell background colours, header shading, and any legend colours must be matched as closely as possible. Standard fonts (Calibri or Times New Roman are fine) are acceptable for the body text, provided they remain consistent.
