Student Data Entry from PDFs

I need help keying both text and numbers that I have saved in several PDF files into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet. The information was originally compiled for my coursework, so accuracy is critical and the layout must remain easy to read when I submit it.

Everything you will work from is already in digital form—primarily PDFs. Although I also keep a few Excel and Word versions for reference, the task in front of us is focused on the PDF set. You are free to use whatever extraction method you trust, but the final result should arrive as an editable Excel workbook (or Google Sheet if that is easier for you).

Deliverables
• One spreadsheet populated with every text and numeric data point from the PDFs, organized exactly as the source order dictates.
• A brief note highlighting any illegible characters or figures you feel need a second look.

I will review for 100 % data accuracy, consistent formatting, and completion of every record before releasing approval. If you have experience pulling mixed data out of PDFs and laying it neatly into Excel, this should be a straightforward job.
