Text, Numeric & Image Data Entry

I need help moving a full catalogue of information into our online back-office. The job combines three elements:

• Textual entries: the stock list, their category names and any short descriptions.
• Numeric entries: prices, SKU codes and inventory counts that currently sit in Excel spreadsheets.
• Image uploads: one product photo per item, matched to the correct record.

Everything must end up neatly aligned in the system I will give you access to (a web-based interface that feels similar to a spreadsheet). I’ll supply the Excel files, the text file containing the category structure and a folder of compressed JPEGs.

Accuracy is essential—especially keeping the numbers exactly as shown in the Excel sheets and making sure the right picture follows the right product. I will spot-check before signing off, so please work with a method that guarantees error-free transfer.

Once you’re comfortable with the mapping rules, this should be a straightforward copy-and-paste process. Let me know your turnaround time for roughly 3,000 lines and any experience you have with bulk image uploads or catalogue maintenance.
