Clean & Verify Customer Spreadsheets

I have several Excel spreadsheets holding our customer records and they need a thorough clean-up. The job centres on data cleaning and verification: removing duplicates, standardising names and addresses, checking for obvious entry errors, and flagging anything that looks suspect so I can confirm it on my end. All information is currently in .xlsx files, so you can work entirely inside Excel—no migration is required.

Here is what I expect when the task is complete:
• A cleaned version of each spreadsheet with duplicates removed and fields consistently formatted
• A separate sheet (or clearly marked column) highlighting any entries you were not able to verify or that require my confirmation
• A brief summary of the issues you found and the steps you took, so I can maintain the same standards going forward
