Text Data Input & Verification

I need the text contained in a stack of physical documents keyed into a clean digital file and checked line-by-line for accuracy. The job is strictly text based—no numerical fields—so careful spelling and punctuation checks are expected. Once everything is entered I also need you to verify each entry against the original page to be sure nothing was missed or transposed.

You may work in Excel, Google Sheets, or an equivalent tool; just let me know which you prefer so I can share a template. Deliver the completed file together with a brief log of any uncertainties or illegible sections you encounter along the way; I’ll review those against the originals.

Accuracy is the priority here, so please outline the quality-control method you normally use (double entry, spell-check, manual proofreading, etc.) when you respond.
