Text Data Entry to Word

I have a collection of digital text files—mainly PDFs and a few existing Word documents—that I need re-entered into a single, clean Word file. The job is straightforward but demands absolute accuracy: copy the text exactly as it appears, preserve headings and simple formatting, and flag any illegible characters or obvious inconsistencies so I can review them.
