I have a fully drafted electrical plan for a new single-family residence in Southlake, TX and now need a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer to review, sign, and seal it so I can submit for permit approval.
The drawing set is complete and laid out on 24 × 36 sheets in AutoCAD (PDFs ready as well). I’m expecting a straightforward compliance check for local and NEC code, any red-line comments you feel are critical, and then the final PE stamp with signature, date, and license number.
Deliverables
• PDF of the signed-and-sealed plan (all sheets)
• Any required engineer’s letter or cover sheet that the City of Southlake typically requests
• If minor revisions are needed for compliance, a marked-up set or brief note outlining the changes
