Florida Salon Conversion Architectural Plans

I have a former medical office in Florida that’s a bit larger than 3,000 sq ft, and I’m ready to turn it into a multi-suite salon with well over ten individual rental rooms. I already hold a detailed, dimensioned floor plan of the existing layout—exam rooms, corridors, mechanical closets, the works—so you won’t be starting from scratch.

What I need is a Florida-licensed architect who can translate that current plan into a full set of conversion drawings stamped for permit. The deliverables should cover the architectural layout for each suite (walls, doors, glazing, sound insulation), ADA-compliant restrooms and corridors, updated egress routes, and coordination notes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection so my MEP team can plug right in. Local building codes, salon ventilation requirements, and occupancy load calculations specific to Florida jurisdictions must be reflected throughout.
