I am fighting to overturn a Texas custody order that was signed under coercion. The decree created a 50/50 arrangement yet has allowed the mother to restrict my contact with my daughter to only a handful of visits.

Since the order was entered I have:
• filed several pro-se motions to vacate; the court accepts them but never sets a hearing
• been placed on child support through the Office of the Attorney General without a DNA test, even though paternity was “legitimized” the same day the order was signed
• faced a conflict of interest because the OAG already has an open case in which support is owed to me, but they refuse to enforce it. REQUESTING TO GIVE UP PARENTAL RIGHT OTHER PARENT AGREED.

I now require full representation in court, with the immediate priority of getting the existing order vacated. All pleadings, transcripts, notices, and correspondence are organized and ready to share in PDF. I need counsel licensed in Texas who can:

1. Review my file for procedural or constitutional defects in the original order.
2. Draft and file a properly supported motion to vacate (or alternative relief you advise).
3. Press the clerk or judge for a setting and appear at any resulting hearings.
4. Address the child-support ruling and the paternity issue that was never proven.

Experience with Texas Family Code, SAPCR actions, and OAG child-support procedures is essential. If you can step in quickly, outline your approach and expected timeline; I am prepared to move forward as soon as possible.
