Accurate PDF to Word Conversion

I have several PDF files that must be converted into fully-editable Microsoft Word documents. Beyond a straight copy, I need each file laid out in custom formatting that I will supply—-my brand fonts, specific font sizes, tailored headings, and consistent spacing throughout. Graphics, tables, and any embedded images should carry over cleanly so the new Word version mirrors the professional look of the originals while remaining easy to edit.

Source PDFs are clear and mostly text-based, so an accurate OCR pass followed by meticulous proofreading will be essential to reach 100 % accuracy. Please preserve all page breaks, footers, and metadata where possible.

Deliverables:
• A polished .docx file for each PDF with my custom formatting applied
• A brief changelog noting any elements that could not be reproduced exactly
