Test LatAm Invoicing Module

I’m preparing our cloud-based accounting platform for a Latin American rollout and need a sharp tester to put the invoicing workflow through its paces. Your sole focus will be the payment-tracking logic that kicks in after a client settles an invoice by credit or debit card.
Here’s what matters to me: the moment a card payment is authorised, the invoice status must flip correctly, ledger balances need to refresh in real time, and the customer as well as our admin panel must reflect the update without lag or mismatch. I’ll hand you a staging environment, API docs and sample card tokens; you’ll explore both happy paths and edge cases, document every discrepancy with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or short Loom clips, and retest once fixes land.
Deliverables
• Comprehensive test plan covering card payments on the invoicing module
• Bug/issue log with severity tagging and environment details
• Final sign-off report confirming all critical issues closed or deferred
If you’ve previously worked with accounting or fintech products and are comfortable using tools like Jira, Postman and browser dev tools, you’ll be up to speed quickly. I’m running on a tight timeline, so availability during typical LatAm hours is a plus.
