Legal Assistant / Case Helper - Research & Outreach (Tennessee, chat and email only)

I'm dealing with a guardianship (conservatorship) and a housing emergency in Tennessee, and I need a patient, discreet human helper to be my voice. I've tried doing it all with AI and general hotlines and it isn't working.

What you'd do:
- Listen to my story and organize it into a short written summary
- Research my options: eviction and housing, conservator accounting and property management plan, emergency help
- Email and call attorneys, legal aid, the court clerk, and my legal plan provider on my behalf
- Help make a warm introduction to the law firms I'm already working with
- Keep a simple tracking sheet of who you contacted and what they said, and report back in writing

Chat and email only, no calls with me. Paralegal, legal assistant, social work, or advocacy experience is a big plus. You don't need to be a lawyer, but please be upfront about that.
