I need help for the next 2–3 weeks calling roughly 140 of our U.S. customers to remind them about outstanding balances. You will be placing real phone calls during New York / Eastern Time business hours, about 10–15 hours each week, and every single outcome must be logged in my shared Google Sheet.

Your tasks while on the call are simple:
• Clearly remind the customer of the balance due.
• If they want to pay by card, transfer or direct them to our main payment line; if they prefer QuickPay/Zelle, read the short instructions I provide.
• Never collect card details yourself.

What I need captured in the sheet for every attempt is the customer’s name, a concise summary of their response, and the exact date and time you reached them. Whether they say “I’ve just paid,” “I need more time,” “I can’t pay,” or anything else, I need it written down verbatim.

Requirements to start:
• Your own reliable phone or VoIP solution capable of calling U.S. numbers. The cost of those calls must be covered within the $10/hr rate.
• A brief test call and a short voice-recording sample so I can confirm clarity and tone.
• Steady internet access and a quiet environment while dialing.

This is a straightforward, time-boxed assignment—perfect for someone who is organized, personable on the phone, and comfortable updating Google Sheets in real time. Once we agree, I will share the contact list, call script, and sheet template so you can begin right away.
