## Job Description

We are looking for a **female freelancer** to assist with user engagement for a newly launching voice-based social platform.

The work is completely remote and primarily involves communicating with users through **short voice messages** and helping maintain friendly, natural and engaging conversations.

### Responsibilities

• Be active during the agreed working hours
• Listen and respond to incoming voice messages
• Send short, friendly and natural voice replies
• Communicate comfortably with different users
• Follow the guidelines and instructions provided by our team
• Maintain professionalism and user confidentiality

### Requirements

You should have:

• A clear and friendly voice
• Good communication skills
• Ability to speak naturally and confidently
• A smartphone with a stable internet connection
• Ability to respond regularly during working hours
• Malayalam communication skills preferred; additional Indian languages are an advantage

### Payment

**₹500 per day**

This is initially a freelance/temporary position. Candidates who perform well and are consistent may be considered for a **permanent position with a fixed monthly salary**.

The platform is newly launching, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
