Temporary Irish LTD Secretary

I am in the final stages of incorporating an Irish private limited company and need a person who is willing to be officially appointed as company secretary for the initial registration. I will prepare and submit every CRO form myself; your only involvement is to:

• share the basic personal details the Companies Registration Office requires
• sign the consent/appointment pages (all can be handled through online verification, which is my preference)

That’s it—there is no bookkeeping, filing, or ongoing admin expected after the appointment is completed.

No specific qualifications are necessary, although having served as a company secretary before would naturally be a plus and make the process smoother. If you are based in Ireland or familiar with Irish corporate filings, even better, but it is not a hard requirement.

Turnaround: once I have your consent and KYC documents, I will lodge Form A1 right away. I am happy to answer any questions you might have before we proceed.
