Here’s what I expect as clear, check-off deliverables:
• Draft and vet sale/transfer deeds, clearly separating those that go under the company and those under my individual PAN.
• Calculate and arrange e-stamp duty and registration fees, applying any applicable rebates for company-held titles.
• Secure appointment slots on the Uttar Pradesh IGRS portal and coordinate biometrics, Aadhar/PAN verification, and witness arrangements.
• Physically lodge the documents, obtain the final registration receipt, and return digitised certified copies.
• Complete mutation/Khata entries so that the online records reflect the new ownership status.
