I want a fully-automated bridge that listens to a private Telegram channel where I receive intraday scalping calls on Nifty, BankNifty and Sensex, then immediately places the corresponding orders in my AngelOne account.
Here is what I need the system to do:
• Monitor Telegram in real time, reading both plain-text messages and images that contain the trade details (buy/sell, symbol, strike, quantity, market/limit, stop-loss and target). OCR will be required so the same logic works no matter how the signal is delivered.
• Interpret the parsed data, map it to the correct AngelOne contract, and fire the order via AngelOne APIs without manual intervention. The solution must cover both entry and exit legs so the position is managed end-to-end.
• Push a concise in-app / Telegram confirmation back to me for every action—order sent, order filled, SL/target hit, or any error—so I always know what the bot is doing.
This workflow is specifically for fast scalping, so low latency and solid error handling are critical. Python is my preferred language because most of my existing tools are in that stack, but I am open to another language if you can demonstrate faster execution. Familiarity with Telegram Bot API, AngelOne SmartAPI, and image processing libraries such as Tesseract or EasyOCR will be invaluable.
Deliverables
1. Source code with clear comments and a brief README that lets me redeploy on another machine.
2. A small config file where I can edit channel ID, AngelOne keys, quantity multipliers, and default SL/target percentages.
3. A short live demo (screenshare or recorded) proving a signal travels from Telegram to a filled AngelOne order and the bot posts its confirmation message back to Telegram.
4. Post-handover support for initial setup issues.
The project is ready to start immediately and I’ll be coming back for enhancements once we have a stable base. If you have built similar Telegram-to-broker bridges or high-speed trading automations, that will be a big plus—feel free to show a quick example in your bid.
