I’m gearing up to launch a new residential development and I need a brochure that will drive sales from day one. The piece has to feel modern and sleek from cover to back page—think clean lines, generous white space, and photography that pops—so prospective buyers immediately sense the project’s quality.

You’ll receive high-resolution renders, floor plans, key selling points, and brand guidelines as soon as we start. I’m looking for you to translate that material into a polished, print-ready brochure that a realtor can hand to a client or attach as a PDF in an email blast.
