Technology VP/Director Talent Search

I need an experienced executive recruiter to run a complete, end-to-end search for a VP/Director-level leader in the technology sector. The mandate covers market mapping, outreach, assessment, and presentation of a curated shortlist that fits our growth-stage culture and technical roadmap.

Scope of work
• Define the position profile with me, translating our strategic goals into clear leadership and competency criteria.
• Build and execute a search strategy that reaches passive tech executives through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist forums, alumni networks, and targeted referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates for vision, hands-on tech depth, team-building skills, and scalability experience.
• Deliver weekly progress updates and market intelligence until a final shortlist of 4-6 qualified contenders is in hand.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiation support while safeguarding confidentiality throughout.
