Technical SEO Specialist for Video Entertainment Platform

We are looking for an experienced Technical SEO Specialist to work with a rapidly growing international video entertainment platform.

Our platform currently contains 10,000+ video pages and is expected to grow significantly over the coming months. We are also preparing multiple localized websites for different international markets.

This is not a basic SEO/content-writing position. We need someone with strong experience in technical SEO, large-scale indexing, international SEO and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities
Audit our current technical SEO structure
Improve Google crawling and indexation
Analyze Google Search Console indexing reports
Optimize XML sitemap architecture for a large and rapidly growing website
Review canonical implementation
Implement and optimize VideoObject structured data
Improve internal linking between video, category and related-content pages
Identify and resolve crawl/indexing problems
Optimize metadata architecture
Improve Core Web Vitals and mobile SEO performance
Develop international SEO strategy
Implement and review hreflang architecture
Help build SEO architecture for multiple localized websites
Monitor impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings and indexed pages
Produce a clear weekly SEO action plan and performance report
Ideal Candidate

You should have proven experience with some of the following:

Large websites with thousands or hundreds of thousands of URLs
Video websites, marketplaces, directories or other programmatic platforms
Google Search Console
Technical SEO
Crawl budget and indexation
Structured data/schema
International SEO
Programmatic SEO
Core Web Vitals

Experience with international or multilingual websites is highly preferred.

Important: Our business operates in the adult entertainment industry. You must be comfortable working with an adult-oriented website.

First Month

The first month will focus heavily on:

Full technical SEO audit
Google indexation analysis
Sitemap and crawl architecture
Video SEO/schema
Internal linking
International SEO architecture
Technical preparation of our localized websites
Creating a 90-day SEO growth roadmap

We are looking for a freelancer who can become a long-term member of our growth team if the first month is successful.
