My surf-activity website is ranking lower than it should, and I have narrowed the issue down to technical SEO. I want a specialist who can audit the codebase, identify the speed bottlenecks, and implement clean, measurable fixes that move the site up in Google.
Core focus
• Page-load performance: compress images, optimise critical CSS/JS, fine-tune server and caching settings, and ensure Core Web Vitals all show “good” in PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.
I am not looking for an off-page or content overhaul right now; the brief is strictly technical. Once your work is complete, I expect:
1. Before-and-after speed metrics (mobile and desktop).
2. A concise changelog of every optimisation applied.
3. Confirmation that there are no new console errors, broken links or mobile-usability warnings in Search Console.
