Product Form Data Entry

I need hundreds of product records taken from my printed catalogues and keyed directly into our web-based form. The task is purely filling out online forms, one product per submission, using the information that appears in the physical documents I’ll scan and share with you. Every record includes the product name, SKU, short description, price, availability status and a few variant attributes; the form layout matches these fields exactly, so it’s a straightforward copy-type process that just demands accuracy and consistency.

I will provide high-resolution PDFs plus a simple naming convention for saving progress screenshots so I can audit random entries later. Expect an initial batch of 50 products so we can confirm formatting, followed by the remaining items once everything looks right. Completed forms should be marked as “submitted” in the platform so I can pull a daily report on progress.

The ideal workflow is:
• Open the assigned PDF page.
• Enter each product’s details into the corresponding form fields.
• Double-check spelling, units and pricing before you hit submit.

Once the first batch is in, send me a quick note highlighting any unclear text or missing info in the scans so I can rescan or clarify. Accuracy is far more important than speed; my acceptance criteria is zero typos in the product name and a 99 % match rate between the physical document and the digital record.
