# Experienced Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter Needed

**BUDGET: $30–$100 USD PER WEEK. This budget is fixed. Please do not apply if your required weekly payment is above $100. Applications requesting payment outside this budget will be automatically declined.**

I am looking for an experienced **Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer** to work with me on an ongoing basis.

Your job will be to help me find, contact, screen, and shortlist experienced software professionals for my company/project.

The first position I need help filling will be a senior-level web development leadership role. I will provide the complete technical requirements, candidate qualifications, compensation range, and other hiring conditions privately after we begin discussing the project.

### What I Need From You

* Previous experience recruiting software developers or other IT professionals
* Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, or other recruiting channels
* Ability to review resumes and candidate profiles
* Ability to perform initial candidate screening
* Strong written and spoken English
* Ability to evaluate communication skills, professional experience, availability, and overall candidate quality
* Ability to provide a small number of qualified candidates instead of sending many unrelated profiles

I am especially interested in recruiters who have previously recruited senior software engineers, technical leads, engineering managers, or similar technology professionals.

### Payment

This is ongoing part-time recruiting work.

**Fixed budget: $30–$100 USD per week.**

Your weekly payment within this range will depend on your experience, work quality, recruiting results, and the amount of work performed.

If your work is good, I expect to continue working with the same recruiter for future hiring needs.
