Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a PDF that I need rebuilt in Microsoft Word so I can freely edit every paragraph without fighting hidden text boxes or misaligned styles. The Word file must mirror the original page-for-page, line-for-line: same fonts, margins, headings, and overall layout.

Special care is required for two areas:
• Tables and charts – transfer them as real, editable Word tables or embedded charts, not flat images, while keeping column widths and any shading intact.
• Images and captions – place each graphic exactly where it sits in the PDF, with its caption properly linked and formatted.

Accuracy matters more than speed. Please convert all live text (no OCR errors), keep section breaks where they belong, and deliver a single .docx that opens cleanly in Word 2019+.
