Technical Project Consultation Needed -- 2

I’m at the very early planning stage of a new initiative and need an experienced professional to help me shape the technical direction and overall execution plan. Right now I’m still deciding whether the work will lean more toward hands-on development, a full system setup, or broader project-management guidance, so I’d like to engage someone who can walk me through the options and outline what the next steps should look like.

What I’d like from you
• A discovery session (or two) to understand my goals, constraints, and timeline
• A concise written brief summarising the recommended approach, key milestones, and resource needs
• Clear advice on whether we should prioritise coding, infrastructure configuration, or project-management structure first—and why

Acceptance criteria
• The brief must be actionable: it should include a phased roadmap, tool or tech recommendations where relevant, and realistic time estimates.
• All advice should align with industry best practices and keep future scalability in mind.
