NOTE: You must provide the sandbox

We've built a read-only NetSuite integration (OAuth 2.0 client credentials, SuiteQL, and a RESTlet that downloads transaction attachments). Before we take it to production, we want to run our onboarding end-to-end against a real, populated OneWorld sandbox.

This is setup and testing only. We don't need sandbox creation, data entry, or development. What we need is your access to a sandbox that already has the right data in it.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who already has permission to use a populated NetSuite OneWorld sandbox and can act as administrator on it. If that's you, please answer the five questions at the bottom, this is what we're screening on.

WHAT THE SANDBOX NEEDS

- Vendor bills or bill credits in at least two operating subsidiaries
- One vendor bill with a facility or site recorded at line level via Location, Department or Class
- One PDF under 8 MB attached to a vendor transaction, visible on its Files subtab
- OAuth 2.0, REST Web Services, SuiteAnalytics Workbook, Client SuiteScript and Server SuiteScript enabled (or permission to enable them)
- Administrator access to create an integration record, custom role and sandbox certificate mapping, and to deploy our RESTlet

An electricity or utilities bill is ideal, we want to identify its GL account and facility.

WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER

One recorded screen-sharing call, 1 to 2 hours, working through a short checklist:

1. Follow our onboarding instructions and configure the read-only connection.
2. Deploy our RESTlet and run our diagnostic scripts.
3. Retrieve subsidiaries, accounts, vendor transactions, lines, amounts, currencies, facility coding and attachments.
4. Compare three transactions against the NetSuite UI (subsidiary, lines, amounts, GL account, facility).
5. Download one attached invoice PDF.

No separate report is required, we complete the checklist live on the call.

The integration uses the Client Credentials (Machine to Machine) grant with REST Web Services and RESTlets scopes, and its role must be in the RESTlet deployment audience. Full permission spec (the exact View/Full/Edit access per list and transaction type) available on request, it's short.
