Our developers are highly experienced but are often busy delivering existing client work. We're looking for a professional Technical Interview Representative who can attend interviews on behalf of our developers.

-Represent one of our software engineers professionally.
-Study the developer's resume before each interview.
-Review the client's job description and requirements.
-Explain the developer's experience, projects, and technical background.
-Discuss software development technologies and best practices.
-Build rapport with clients and communicate confidently.
-Take notes and provide interview feedback afterward.
We Provide
-Developer's resume
-Client's job description
-Project background
-Technical notes and talking points

Required:
-Excellent spoken English (fluent or near-native)
-Outstanding communication and presentation skills
-Professional appearance during video meetings
-Reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone
-Ability to learn technical information quickly

-Experience in pre-sales, consulting, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Compensation
-Fixed payment for every interview attended
-Bonus if we successfully win the project
-Regular interview opportunities
-Opportunity to join the project afterward as a developer, consultant, QA engineer, project manager, or another technical role (depending on your skills)
