Technical Fashion Designer for Sample Corrections

Bee The Label is looking for an experienced Technical Fashion Designer / Garment Technologist to assist with sample development for our womenswear collection.

We are currently manufacturing samples in China. We have clear, realistic reference images showing exactly how the garments should look, but the factory samples are not achieving the same fit, structure, silhouette, fabric quality or premium finish.

We need someone who can compare our reference images with the actual factory samples, identify exactly what is technically wrong, and create clear, specific correction instructions for the manufacturer.

This may include:

* Pattern and fit corrections
* Fabric and interfacing recommendations
* Structure and tailoring improvements
* Construction and finishing corrections
* Annotated sample photos with factory instructions

We are not primarily looking for someone to create elaborate tech packs. We need someone with strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making and sample development who can translate a visual reference into precise manufacturing instructions.

Experience with premium womenswear and Chinese manufacturers is highly preferred.
