What I need from each squad member
• Two fresh video concepts every week, geared toward reels (30–60 seconds)
• Self-shot footage with good lighting and clear audio—phones are fine
• Basic edits: jump cuts, captions, trending sounds, and playful effects native to Instagram
• Finished MP4 or direct reel upload by the agreed deadline, ready to post without extra tweaks

Creative freedom is huge here—comedy skits, challenges, behind-the-scenes at school projects, or any lighthearted slice of teen life that keeps viewers swiping for more all fit. I’ll provide weekly themes, music suggestions, and performance feedback, but I rely on your personality to carry each clip.
