We're looking for a reliable WordPress/Elementor developer to take over ongoing backend and technical operations for our website — on a profit-sharing basis.

Site: https://morphoclarity.com — a live consultation booking platform built on WordPress + Elementor, with Razorpay payments, Meta Pixel/CAPI tracking, and a custom booking flow. We run active paid ad traffic, so site performance and uptime directly affect the business.

What you'd own going forward:

Site performance & speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, image/font delivery)
LiteSpeed Cache configuration and troubleshooting
Elementor page builds, edits, and template maintenance
Razorpay booking flow & payment integration upkeep
Meta Pixel / conversion tracking accuracy
General WordPress admin: plugins, updates, security, backups
Diagnosing and fixing bugs as they come up (mobile responsiveness, broken elements, etc.)

What we're looking for:

Solid hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, and common caching/performance plugins
Comfortable working independently — we'll hand off priorities, you drive execution
Someone who communicates clearly and proactively flags issues, not just fixes what's asked
Bonus: experience with Razorpay, Meta Pixel/CAPI, or similar booking/consultation businesses

Compensation: Profit-sharing only — no fixed rate or upfront pay. This is a long-term relationship where your work directly benefits from the site converting well, not a one-off gig. Open to discussing the exact split with the right person.
