Technical Business Analyst

Your Tasks Will Include:

Ability to translate Business value statements into project deliverables for cross-functional teams

Analyze change requests submitted by our clients, converting them into thorough requirements that a developer can use to provide estimates

Set expectations and help clients plan for software changes that meet their specific business needs

Help train our Client on how to use the system and the different functions available to them

Provide after-hours support when needed to help our clients with critical changes and/or fixes

Run conference calls, write executive summaries, write testing plans

Design website mockups, document use cases, and acceptance criteria

Testing of solutions and fixes to client issues, new features, and customizations

Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

Analyze integration guides and 3rd-party software specifications

Must have:

3 – 4 years in an IT Business Analyst role

• English must be EXCELLENT

Experience creating, testing, and communicating effective user stories

• Strong SQL background

Experience with Data Analysis and research

Ability to travel to client sites as needed
